Argon Design demos video stitching

UK-based Argon Design is offering demonstrations of its video stitching IP for 360-degree VR video on August 4.

The company will be running its demonstration system which takes live HDMI inputs from 6 GoPro cameras and outputs 360-degree panoramic video at Ultra-HD 4K resolution.

The company is inviting interested parties to visit its HQ in Cambridge, UK, to see the demo.

Argon360 is a hardware based real-time video stitching IP solution targeting ASIC and FPGA implementations. It was launched in April this year at NAB Show.

The demos will take place at Leslie Stephen Room, Trinity Hall College, Cambridge CB2 1TJ, UK.
